RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be confident ordering from KALVORIS. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at corbin@kalvoris.com.au and we will work with you to resolve it.

Change of mind

Due to the consumable nature of our products, KALVORIS does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind once a product has been opened or its seal has been broken.

For unopened products, please contact us before returning anything. Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs for an approved change-of-mind return are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or you believe there is another problem with your order, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at corbin@kalvoris.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor. 

Return shipping

Please contact KALVORIS before returning a product so we can provide return instructions.

Where a product is confirmed to have a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, KALVORIS will reimburse reasonable return costs where required by law. Please retain evidence of any postage or transport costs. 

Refunds

Once an approved refund has been processed, it will be issued to your original payment method. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
